• I am not winning at all anymore?

  Irregular activities unrelated to regular gameplay, such as unnaturally downloading the app repeatedly, are prohibited. You may be ineligible to win if such behavior is detected.

• I won but the gift code isn't being displayed.

  When you have four or more gift codes, you may have to scroll the screen to see the fourth code and more. Please try scrolling down on your Claim Codes list.

• I can't redeem my gift card in my Amazon account.

  Please make sure your gift code settings are correct. If your preferences are set to Japan, you will be issued a Japanese Amazon gift card when you draw lots and win. These are not applicable for use in the United States. Please see "Settings" > "Gift Card Settings" in the app.

• I am worried about redeeming my gift card.

  The Amazon gift cards we provide on this app are purchased directly from Amazon based on a corporate contract with Amazon, so please be assured that they are legitimate.

• What kind of app is this app?

  This app lets users solve Sudoku puzzles to draw lots and win Amazon gift codes on the spot. It is free and requires no registration whatsoever.

• Can you tell me the rules of Sudoku?

  Sudoku is a puzzle game in which the numbers 1 to 9 are placed in 9x9 (81 squares) squares separated by 3x3 blocks. The same number cannot be placed twice in a row, column, or block of 3×3 squares surrounded by bold lines. The object is to place the numbers 1 to 9 in the correct order in each row, column, and block.

• How do I enter numbers?

  Select the square you want to enter from among the 81 squares and tap the number for entry (the large number at the bottom of the screen) to enter the number.

• What is”Press and hold a number to lock”?

  Press and hold the large number at the bottom of the screen to lock the number. If you tap a square in this state, you can input the locked number continuously. To unlock a number, tap the number you want to enter.

• What is an input bonus?

  The input bonus is a feature that can be used by watching a video advertisement at the start of the game. When a block is completed or horizontally or vertically, two additional squares are randomly opened and there is no limit until the end of the game.

• I don't know how to use memos.

  You can toggle memo on and off by tapping the memo icon at the bottom of the game screen. When Memo is ON, all numbers entered in the squares become Memos. Memos are displayed as small gray numbers in the squares.

• I don't know how to use the hints.

  Tap the square you want to know, then tap the hint to see the correct number for that square. This feature can be used after watching the video ad.

• I want to delete a number that I entered incorrectly.

  Select the square you want to change and tap the eraser icon at the bottom of the game screen.

• I want to change the difficulty level.

  Select a new game and choose the difficulty level. You cannot change the difficulty level of the Daily Challenge.

• I think we have the wrong puzzle.

  The problems we provide are those that have a single answer. Please use hints and tips to help you find the answer.

• I don't want ads to be displayed.

  This application is made up of revenue from advertisements displayed in the application. We are sorry, but we cannot hide the ads.

• How do I change my language?

  To change the language, please change it in the language settings of your device. This application is only available in English and Japanese.

• I want to turn off the sound effects.

  Adjust the volume buttons on your device or put it in silent mode.

• What is a Lottery ticket ?

  This is a ticket that allows you to challenge the speed lottery where you can see the results on the spot after completing the daily challenge.

• How can I get more lottery tickets?

  You can only get a maximum of 5 lottery tickets per day. You may earn more in events.

• I did not receive a lottery tickets?

  If you are unable to connect to the Internet when you clear the Daily Challenge, you may not be able to issue lottery tickets. In this case, a connection error screen will be displayed, so please prepare your communication environment and then click the button to reacquire lottery tickets.

• Is there an expiration date for the lottery tickets?

  Lottery tickets can only be used within 24 hours from the time the ticket is obtained; after 24 hours, the ticket will disappear, so please use it before the expiration date.

• How many winners are there?

  On the lottery screen, the "remaining number of prizes for this month" is displayed. This shows the number of prizes remaining for this month.

• How do you draw lots?

  The lottery is conducted by a computerized automatic lottery program.

• Can't find the lottery button.

  When you scroll down the lottery screen, you will see the "Draw lots" button.

• How can I increase my chances of winning?

  Clearing speed and viewing of ads will not affect the lottery results. The more lottery tickets you get, the higher your chances of winning. (Maximum of 5 tickets per day)

• Will the winning amount ever increase?

  There may be events where the winning amount is doubled. If you allow notifications from this app, you will not miss the timing of the event.

• I don't know how to use the gift card.

  You can copy and paste the displayed gift card into your own Amazon account to use it.When you redeem an Amazon.com Gift Card to your account, the funds are stored in Your Account and will automatically apply to your next eligible order.

• Is there an expiration date for viewing the Gift Card?

  Yes. The gift card will be displayed in the app for 7 days (168 hours) after winning. After that time, it will not be viewable. Please be careful.

• I want to switch the type of gift code I want to win.

  It can be switched from the Settings menu.

• I issued a Japanese gift card by mistake. Please change it.

  We are sorry, but we do not accept changes to Gift Cards once they have been issued.

• I want a prize other than an Amazon gift card.

  We are not currently considering any other prizes other than Amazon gift cards, but if we decide to offer other prizes, we will notify you via this application.

• I got a new device. I want to transfer my data.

  This application does not require membership registration. There is no need to transfer data when changing device models. Please download and use this app on your new device.

• I want to see the gift cards I have won in the past.

  This application does not retain any data associated with the user. It is not possible to check a Gift Card that has expired. Please recharge within the display period.

• I want to recover my data.

  This application does not retain any user data. We cannot restore data that has been reset by you, nor can we restore data following a Mobile phone upgrade.

• I want to unsubscribe from this app.

  This application does not require membership registration. This app does not keep your personal information on the server. Please delete the app from your device.

• Are there any prohibited actions?

  Actions that are not normal play, such as repeated unnatural app downloads, are prohibited. If such prohibited activities are found, you may not be eligible to win.
